By accessing or using the SpotNearr application, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. SpotNearr offers two types of accounts: Explorers (Users) and Businesses. Failure to provide accurate details constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

3. Business Listings & Data

Businesses posting offers must ensure all information is accurate and honors the deals presented to users in the app. SpotNearr serves as a discovery platform and is not liable for fulfillment or disputes between consumers and merchants regarding listings, menu offerings, or live pulse posts.
